Barbed Wire

The most common method of defining the outer limits of borders of property is to install a fence around it. While Chain Link is the most commonly used fence, its effectiveness as a deterrent barrier has traditionally been increased by the use of barbed wire.

The twin strand, 4 points barbed wire, IOWA pattern, is available in both galvanized and plastic coated finish. The strand wire is 2.5 mm dia and barbs are made from 2.0 mm wire. Barbs are spaced at 76 or 101 or 127 or 152mm intervals. Although the standard length per reel is 200 M, reels with other lengths such as 100 or 150 M can also be produced.

In case of plastic coated material, barbs are made from galvanized wire. Strand wire is PVC coated 2.5mm od and 1.80mm dia core wire.

Barbed wire generally complies to ASTM-A-121

SECURE Concertina Barbed Wire

The turns of the concertina are inter-connected at regular distances around the circumstance by means of clips, to form diamond meshes upon extension. Razor Tape

Razor Tape Concertina is galvanized or stainless steel finish can be used where additional security is required. Razor Tape is fabricated from a high tensile wire virtually impossible to cut by standard tools. Razor Tape designed to prevent intrusion along perimeter, can be installed on top or bottom of chain link fence, on a wall horizontally or vertically or even on ground to get quick crowd control for emergency. Razor Tape can also be installed on Pyramid shape to get maximum security.

CHAINLINK Gates

The Gates are chain link fencing gates and are assembled using standard gate fittings. Both swing and sliding types are available. Capable of being operated manually by one person, these gates are strong enough to provide effective access control – economically.

Cast line: Single and double leaf, bots swing and sliding gates are available.

Types of Fencing

High Security Fencing

Our range of high security fencing will allow you to have peace of mind and provide maximum protection against intruders. Each high security fencing system has its own specific attributes allowing you to choose the right height and finish. High security fence is generally available in galvanized or PVC coated finish with 6 rows of barbed wire and 1 row of Concertina barbed wire / Razor wire is used to enhance protection.

Framework:
All posts and rails shall be Schedule 40 standard weight galvanized steel pipe to ASTM A-53 galvanized inside and out. Pipes shall be vinyl clad by the thermal fusion bond method to a 10-14 mil (0.254 to 0.356 mm ) thickness according to pipe diameter with a cross linked MV primer to ensure a molecular bond between the vinyl coating and the galvanized steel.

Fabric shall be secured to all rails and line posts with 3.0 mm od vinyl clad tie wire, not over 35 cm on center. It shall be secured to terminal posts by vinyl coated tension bars held by vinyl clad tension bands.

Fittings:
Tension and brace bands, tension bars, truss rod, barbed wire extension arms, rail and brace rail ends and all other fittings, both plastic coated and galvanized, are held in stock. These are manufactured in accordance with international standards

Tension Wire, Tie Wire, Hog Rings:
Vinyl clad galvanized steel tension wire shall be 4.88mm od stretched along the top and bottom of the fence and fastened with 3.0mm od vinyl clad hog rings at intervals of about 50cm. Tie wires shall be 3.0mm od vinyl-clad galvanized steel wire.

Medium Security Fence

Medium security fence is generally available in Galvanized or PVC coated with 3 or 6 rows of barbed wire. Recommended uses of medium security fences are sites, offices, material storage yards, government properties, reservoirs etc.

PLAST Motorway Fencing

Plastic coated galvanized steel chain link fabric, framework and accessories in full Conformity with AASHTO M – 181 is manufactured by ANAFAA GROUP. Kuwait motorways have been Using this system since 1978.

Vinyl clad galvanized steel tension wire shall be 4.88mm od stretched along the top and bottom of the fence and fastened with 3.0mm od vinyl clad hog rings at intervals of about 50cm. Tie wires shall be 3.0mm od vinyl-clad galvanized steel wire.

Angle Framework Fence

We also provides fence systems as required by the customer. If complete coverage for the enclosure is required it provides fencing with corrugated sheet. Further as in the case of Kuwait oil company it also provides fences with Chain link fabric and framework made from angles.
